What is Diamond Website?

A Diamond Website is ideal for businesses that expect high web traffic. Diamond Website provides you with advanced email marketing tools and an opportunity to upload hundreds of products, categories and existing clients quickly using our batch system.

Email marketing tools enable you to build an up-to-date e-mail list of your customer base. This allows you to send your customers personalised messages with the push of a button.

Our system allows you to upload your product catalogue as a batch file. This function is faster than manually entering each product individually. The file may also be stored as a backup and be uploaded at any time.

Place products and / or services in a category & sub-category. Create product catalogue with images & description, price, size etc. Quickly edit, add and delete products, update prices, display products by brand, display specials and much more.

Choose your own delivery options such as local, national or International. Provide your customers with a range of secure payment methods i.e. credit cards, check and / or cash.

After you’ve successfully registered for your FREE TRIAL & you’ve selected a personal User ID & chosen a password, you’ll be given access to your Control Panel (administration section of your website). This will be accessible 24 hours a day 7 days a week anywhere. Album of Control Panel Pages.

With Diamond Website you get 5 FREE email addresses. All email accounts have a 10 megabyte storage capacity. You can increase your storage capacity by 50 megabytes at a cost of €30.00 per annum per email account. Also you can get additional email accounts at a cost of €20.00 per annum per additional email account.

You are able to place a link on your website which links to a page listing all of your auctions regardless of the category and location that you place them in. You can activate this link from your "Website Administration" > "Website Design" > "Content Pages" section.

Create a newsletter
You can elect to include a newsletter facility on the home page of your website which will allow your site visitors to leave their name and email address for future mailing. From your website administration sections your newsletter clients are placed in your database.
Batch Upload System
With our product catalogue and customer database / mail merge facilities, you are able to upload batches of information into your database. This is so as to save you a lot of time and trouble. This feature enables you to upload hundreds of products at once using simple text files.
Email Mail Merge

These tools enable you to build an up-to-date email list of your customers and contacts for the purpose of sending information about special offers, new products and services, or updates on your company and industry events. With the names and email addresses of all of your current clients and a facility to automatically capture new clients details, you are able to send all of them a personalised message as many times a day, week or month as you like with the push of a button. Choose a domain name that describes your business and make sure it is easy to spell and remember. If you already have an Internet address that you have purchased from a 3rd party, you can still use it. This is something you will have to arrange with the company that you purchased your Internet address from. You need to arrange through their service to point your existing Internet address eg http://www.yourcompany.com to the Internet address we give you. For example http://www.webcruzer.com/yourcompany/
Customer Service
No matter how proficient you may or may not be with computers, software, design principles etc, you are bound to experience some level of confusion at some point when setting up your website. As shoppers are selecting items from your website, those items are being put together on an order form in a shopping cart format. This makes it easy for your customers to browse, select and purchase your products and services online.
Accounting package
As the items are being selected and placed in the shopping cart, software is needed to calculate totals. The software also needs to recognise tax, minimum order amounts, delivery charges etc. All the necessary software is incorporated into each website.

With your assigned User ID and chosen Password you then access your administration page to retrieve the order for processing. Please note: We do not process the customers' payment details. You have complete control over this. At the same time your customer receives a confirmation email summarising their order.
No transaction fees from webcruzer.com
If you choose "Manual Credit Card Transactions", you will have complete control over the credit card charging process and there are no additional transaction fees from us. Once you retrieve the order and credit card details from the secure area that we provide, you would process the credit card in the same way you process credit cards off the Internet now. There are transaction fees from your financial institution involved in this process but no additional fees from us.

Shoppers using your site frequently who often purchase the same range of products can setup shopping lists for more efficient purchasing in the future.
Clients can view account details
Regular clients can view their own account details when they login to your website.
Clients can view previous orders
Shoppers can view previous orders and all relevant information such as order amount and date of purchase etc.
Security of information / data backup
